Cloud Seeding and other Geo-engineering Weather Modification Programmes in UK Airspace

Recent reporting (16/4/24) on mainstream media (Good Morning Britain, ITV) that cloud seeding was responsible for the catastrophic deluge rain events in Dubai have ended at least in part the ‘conspiracy theory’ surrounding the use of technologies capable of creating, augmenting and directing weather systems.

Those of us who are brave enough to step forward and talk about such matters are often confronted with an understandable adverse reaction from others who have previously never considered such things possible. The cognitive dissonance created by such a powerful challenge to the security of an established worldview most frequently presents itself as an abject denial and the ‘conspiracy theory’ offers a convenient and immediate escape route for those under such stress. For most it is simply too much to accept that firstly this could technically be possible and secondly that this is presently being done in the UK without our consent. Fortunately those with open minds, eyes on the skies and worldviews formed by suspicions of the global communist money power are not afraid to ask questions or suffer the reputational risks inherent in doing so.

Firstly it is my personal opinion that some form of atmospheric modification by Stratospheric Aerosol Injection is already being undertaken in British airspace and indeed in many other parts of the world. This is a distinctly different technology to that of cloud seeding and it should not be confused with that specific type of geo-engineering.

In numerous research papers and technology patents the concept of solar radiation management (SRM) or solar dimming is clearly laid out as a possible remediation option for global warming. The augmentation of the atmosphere by the materials used result in the refraction of sunlight and heat back out to space thus causing a global cooling effect similar to that of naturally occurring cloud. The concept of amending the entire stratospheric layer of the earth may seem impossible at first but in 2010 Bill Gates funded a geo engineer named David Keith to cost out a 1 W/sqm solar flux reduction through the annual delivery of 1 megaton of sulphur to the upper atmosphere. He commissioned an aviation company called Aurora Flight Sciences in the USA to investigate the practical possibility of the task and their report astonishingly concluded that as few as 14 Boeing 747-400’s could accomplish the task (material dependent) of both initial deployment and subsequent maintenance of the required levels of particulate.

Secondly I believe some form of particulate compound is being added to the tropospheric atmosphere layer in order to create long cloud forming persistent contrails. This could be an element of the stratospheric SRM mix which (providing it is not an ionised nano particle) will slowly fall back down to earth and thus disperse throughout all layers of the lower atmosphere (for the aluminium oxide used in the SRM Welsbach formulation this process takes between 4 to 6 years), or it could be a separate compound deployed for that specific purpose. Setting aside the exact method of deployment it is hard not to see the changes in the sky and for me it remains a possibility that something is being done to create this phenomena. Condensation trails (contrails) are formed when altitude and low temperatures are sufficient enough to freeze the water vapour released by the combustion of jet fuel, this combines with cloud condensation nuclei, primarily atmospheric dust and soot emissions from the engine exhaust to create the phenomena which many recall seeing in the skies pre the 1990’s, short non persistent contrails. However, that is not to say that longer ones could have occasionally been created given the right atmospheric conditions but the frequency, persistence and cloud forming nature of what is seen today points in my mind to some other factor being at play, that being the presence of vastly larger numbers of cloud condensation nuclei of a type which create persistent cloud. It is my belief that some other compound now present in the troposphere is combining with or being activated by the engine exhaust emissions to create the modern phenomena now seen of long (often horizon to horizon) persistent cloud forming contrails. Once formed this type of contrail does not disappear, it lingers to slowly spread out forming a thin cirrus like layer followed by fuller cloud creation within a matter of a few hours. For various reasons of practicality and secrecy I do not subscribe to the thought held by others that this tropospheric compound is deployed via the use of modified commercial jet aircraft. It is most likely undertaken by military and/or private aviation companies operating on military contract, either way the objective is clear, the formation of cloud.

Thirdly the use of scalar energy systems for the directional guiding and augmentation of weather systems cannot be ruled out. The evidence for some form of electromagnetic interference within clouds can frequently be seen. The effect is similar to the natural altocumulus forming ‘mackerel sky’ typically associated with summer high pressure weather systems in the UK. However there is something unusual about the patterns seen in recent years, they are noticeably more defined with an exaggerated ribbing effect and frequently can be seen forming in different angles in multiple different parts of the cloud simultaneously often with different size, closeness and depth of ribbing. They certainly look very similar to the wave interference patterns created in experiments by the passing of electromagnetic or sound wave energy through gaseous substances. The use of metallic based particulates in the atmosphere certainly would tie in with this theory as the atmosphere can essentially be transformed from regular air to one best described as a ‘solar reflective substrate carrying enhanced potential for manipulation by electromagnetic radiation in its various forms’. There are several extremely powerful phased array antenna installations around the world capable of generating large amounts of high frequency electromagnetic energy for research purposes and many weather modification researchers believe that it is some form of this technology that is being used. If powerful enough these facilities would have the ability to not only heat the lower atmospheric air to increase its moisture carrying content but also to potentially guide weather systems via convection air flow creation. These technologies would in theory allow for augmentation of rainfall carrying capacity and weather control by manipulating the type of pressure system which is allowed to enter the jet stream out in the Atlantic. Prolonged periods of rain could be created by directing high pressure systems out of the jet stream weather flow to the UK or prolonged periods of drought could be caused by directing low pressures systems away to ensure extended high pressure dominance.

The noticeable prevalence of a milky light blue haze at stratospheric altitude levels and long persistent cloud forming jet contrails have become a regular feature of our aerial views and the unmessy deep blue clear sky which formed the backdrop to other cloud types as I remember them in the 1980’s and 1990’S are now very rarely seen. There is of course more air traffic now but this cannot account for the light spectrum which appears shifted towards the shorter wave cold silvery/blue light from the longer wave warmer feeling red frequencies. Neither can it explain the feeling of unusualness surrounding the weather that many people report, the disruption to the previously established patterns or the unusually heavy types of rain that can now happen at any time of year. Continuous wet periods for six weeks or so from the onset of winter in November are nothing unusual in this part of the world with its temperate oceanic climate but usually there is at least one or two good dry spells in the Dec to Feb period followed by a better mix of dry and wet in the spring finishing with a dry summer good for harvests. Now the pattern seems to be continually wet winters followed by a harsh extended May drought finishing with a frustrating wet harvest season. It could be argued that if you were to design a weather pattern for the sole purpose of diminishing agricultural production then that would be it, frustrations with poor overwintering plant quality, with preparing ground for spring plantings, with getting sufficient plant frame size in the April/May/June period finished off with harvest quality and storage issues from a wet August.

I fully appreciate that conversations of this type and the insinuations inherent in the theories put forward such as weather system creation, augmentation and guidance via atmospheric radio wave heating are a challenge to many people, however I make no apology for this as the benefits to society from a truth seeking mindset far outweigh the risks posed to humanity by one of unquestioning obedience. I for one will admirably bear the reputational risk of such conversations and will happily admit my failings if in the fullness of time I turn out to be completely wrong. In fact I would very much like to be proven wrong with regard to the deliberate blocking out of the sun and possible control of the weather with its resulting detrimental economic, environmental and psychological consequences, not to mention any possible health impacts from any of the substances used.

Our political independence as an organisation means that we can never be bullied into silence by the party whip, we can stand up and say what we want to say and Farmers Movement Cornwall reserves its right to talk about such matters and to demand full disclosure by the government of the UK regarding the use of any such technologies to the people of Great Britain. We have a right to know what is being done to our air, our planet and to us. We have a right to know if there are risks to our health and environment from such activities and farmers have the right to know if their livelihoods are being compromised either as a result of the consequences of experimentation or by the deliberate deployment of programmes deriving from globalist led agendas of Machiavellian design. We therefore propose:

i)A full statement of disclosure by the Government of the UK to its people regarding the experimental testing or deployment of any technology systems aimed at solar radiation management, cloud seeding or other forms of atmospheric or weather control including ionosphere and troposphere heating via use of scalar energy systems.

ii)A review of all Environment Agency testing remits to include analysis for graphene oxide or other nano particulates or for any metal salts or chemical compounds named in patents relating to cloud seeding and solar radiation management technology.

iii) A full ban on any geo-engineering technology deployment in UK airspace until such time as proven need and safety for human populations and wider environmental ecosystems is established and public consent has been gained by referendum following full unbiased scientific disclosure of all relevant facts.
